• Installation and Repair: Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, and fittings throughout the hotel property. This includes sinks, toilets, showers, water heaters, and irrigation systems.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs to address leaks, clogs, and other plumbing problems promptly. Utilize appropriate tools and techniques to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

• Pipefitting: Fabricate, assemble, and install pipes and pipe fittings according to specifications and building codes. Ensure proper alignment and sealing to prevent leaks and ensure the integrity of the plumbing system.

• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential problems and perform preventive maintenance tasks as needed. Proactively address issues to prevent disruptions to guest services.

• Emergency Response: Respond to plumbing emergencies such as burst pipes, water leaks, and drainage backups in a timely manner. Implement effective solutions to minimize damage and restore functionality quickly.

• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards. Adhere to proper safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when performing plumbing work.

• Proven experience as a Plumber in a similar hospitality or commercial environment.
• Thorough knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and technical manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
• Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and working in confined spaces.
• Familiarity with plumbing tools and equipment including pipe wrenches, soldering torches, and drain snakes.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
