Job Description
- Supervise children and ensure a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment.
- Organize and conduct age-appropriate games, arts and crafts, sports, and recreational activities.
- Interact with children of different ages and personalities with patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
- Maintain a strong awareness of child safety, safeguarding, and appropriate conduct.
- Handle challenging situations calmly and responsibly, escalating concerns when necessary.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of children’s activities and guest services.
- Maintain a friendly, approachable, and energetic presence while representing the resort professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Kids Club, childcare and hospitality
- Previous experience working with children in a hotel/resort, school, nursery is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant childcare/recreation qualifications are an advantage.
- First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
