Under the general guidance of the Director of People & Culture and People & Culture Manager, to assist in the smooth day to day running of the People & Culture Department and to be responsible for departmental coordination and administrative support.
- Responsible for the New Heartists onboarding process (P&C policies introduction, legal documents, locker allocation, job description, name badge, uniform, finger print, hotel ID etc.)
- Maintain and update all Heartists’ personal files as per Accorhotels requirements.
- Provide guidance to Heartists for bank account opening & other related bank issues.
- Assist the Learning & Quality Manager for the training related as well as P&C Executives for the Admin related process
- To attend trainings and meetings as and when required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a corporate setting
- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to the Indian context
