Job Description

  • Serve as a strategic business partner, leading People & Culture (P&C) initiatives to drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness across Vietnam.
  • Liaise with property leadership teams to oversee key P&C functions, including talent management, succession planning, learning and development, performance management, total rewards, and employee relations.
  • Drive the implementation of health, safety, and wellbeing strategies to support a high-performing, compliant, and inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years’ leadership experience in People & Culture, with proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese, with in-depth knowledge of Vietnam’s labor laws and cultural landscape.
  • Demonstrated success in leading talent initiatives and driving organizational culture transformation.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills; strategic, self-motivated, culturally agile, and adaptable in dynamic environments.
