• Responsibility for all preparation of pastry products while ensuring superior quality and standards.
• Execution of daily operation with high volume.
• Proactive support to the alignment with the concept (F&B) in the pastry operation, continuously leading the creative process.
• Ability to create new products and guest experience.

• Strong leadership skills to support the team with a hands-on approach and constant training.
• Personality to position the pastry in the market as a leader in its category.
• Maintain a cordial and professional relationship with the other areas of the hotel, 
• Provide general support and assistance when required.
