SO/ Sotogrande, un prestigioso hotel situado en la hermosa localidad costera de Sotogrande, España, busca un pastelero/a con talento y pasión para incorporarse a nuestro equipo culinario. Como pastelero/a, se encargará de crear deliciosos postres y pasteles que complementen nuestra exquisita experiencia gastronómica.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar menús de postres innovadores que reflejen las tradiciones pasteleras españolas e internacionales.
- Preparar una amplia gama de pasteles, postres y productos horneados de alta calidad para el restaurante.
- Garantizar la consistencia en la calidad y la presentación de todos los productos de pastelería.
- Gestionar el inventario y realizar los pedidos de suministros para la sección de pastelería.
- Mantener un entorno de trabajo limpio y organizado, cumpliendo con las normas de seguridad e higiene alimentaria.
- Colaborar con el chef ejecutivo y el equipo de cocina para crear ofertas de menú coherentes.
- Formar y orientar a los miembros junior del personal de pastelería.
- Investigar e implementar continuamente nuevas técnicas y tendencias de pastelería.
- Experiencia demostrada de al menos 2 años como pastelero/a en un restaurante de alta gama.
- Se valorará titulación en cocina o certificación en pastelería.
- Sólidos conocimientos de técnicas de preparación de pastelería y habilidades para hornear.
- Creatividad y capacidad para desarrollar presentaciones de postres únicas.
- Excelentes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma eficiente en un entorno dinámico.
- Gran atención al detalle y compromiso con la calidad.
- Conocimientos sobre prácticas de seguridad e higiene alimentaria, con certificación pertinente.
- Familiaridad con las tradiciones pasteleras españolas e internacionales.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
