Part Time Server - Lobby Bar

You are an ambassador for the exceptional service that are hallmarks of our food & beverage experience. The lobby bar is sophisticated and stylish and Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding offerings makes guests feel unique and valued. A Server provides friendly, cheerful, attentive and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all guests.

What you will be doing:

• Consistently offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service
• Exhibit sincere hospitality. Go beyond for the guest. Be obsessed with guest satisfaction.
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Understand shift-end reports in the outlet and the Point of Sale System
• Understand all reservation systems and iPad systems for seating charts
• Know all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items, and preparation methods
• Follow brand policies, procedures, and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Follow hotel time and attendance policy
• Follow grooming and attire guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation: $13.36 per hour, tip eligible position

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience as a Server in high volume food and beverage operation
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits as well as their preparation and presentation
• Previous point of sale system experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to): 

• Constant standing and walking throughout the shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
