As a Night Receptionist, you will be essential to our front office operations, partnering with the Night Manager to ensure smooth resort operations during overnight hours. You’ll manage nightly accounting and auditing, reconcile daily transactions, and generate financial reports. Your exceptional service will make guests feel at home from arrival to departure, as you handle their requests with a smile and ensure reservations are accurate. You'll also assist with portering duties and maintain resort safety and security through regular property checks.

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Flexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to change
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all types of guests and team members
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
