• Assist the Outlet Supervisor in the smooth and efficient operation of the outlet.
• Lead and support the service team during daily operations to ensure high standards of guest service.
• Welcome guests, assist with seating, and ensure their needs are handled promptly and professionally.
• Monitor the quality and consistency of food and beverage service.
• Assign daily tasks and coordinate team members according to operational requirements.
• Brief the team before shifts and communicate important operational information.
• Support the training, coaching, and development of team members.
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards, service procedures, and brand standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to guest requests, comments, and complaints appropriately.
• Coordinate with the Kitchen, Stewarding, Bar, and other departments to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor table setup, cleanliness, mise-en-place, and overall outlet presentation.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling where applicable.
• Ensure proper handling of equipment, operating supplies, and inventory.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and food safety requirements.
• Report operational issues, maintenance concerns, and guest feedback to the Outlet Supervisor.
• Support the Outlet Supervisor in achieving departmental targets and maintaining efficient operations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team.
• Guest-focused and service-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English; Russian is an advantage.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
