Summary

As Outlet Manager, you will liaise between multiple departments to ensure the success of every group function and model exceptional service and leadership skills among your team.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Lead and manage the Outlet team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed.
• Address guest concerns and react quickly and professionally.
• Train supervisors and colleagues as needed.
• Balance operational, administrative, and colleagues' needs.
• Conduct regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
• Work closely with the culinary and stewarding teams to ensure all banquet and meeting requirements are in place.
• Manage the outlet budget.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
• Other duties as assigned by the F&B department management.

• Previous leadership experience in food and beverage is required.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications is required.
• A university or college degree in a related discipline is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Native Arabic speaker.
• Must be proficient in at least one of the English, Russian, or Turkish languages.
• Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or like experience in high-volume hotel business.
