Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Outlet Manager to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all daily operations of our retail outlet, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence, and consistent achievement of business targets. As an Outlet Manager, you will lead a dynamic team, drive sales performance, and maintain the highest standards of service and compliance.   • Manage all day-to-day outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
  • Supervise, train, and mentor staff members to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high performance standards
  • Create and manage staff schedules while conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback
  • Monitor inventory levels, analyze stock data, and coordinate timely replenishment to optimize product availability
  • Drive sales performance by implementing strategic promotions, upselling techniques, and customer engagement initiatives to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues with empathy and transparency to enhance overall satisfaction
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, hygiene, health regulations, and company policies across all outlet operations
  • Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, expenses, staffing metrics, and operational challenges
  • Analyze financial data and manage outlet budgets to control costs while maintaining service quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management to implement new programs, strategies, and organizational initiatives
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages team collaboration and supports professional growth
  • Identify operational challenges and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, retail management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • 2-5 years of proven experience in retail or hospitality management
  • At least 1-2 years of direct experience in an outlet manager or similar supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer service and customer relationship management
  • Proficiency in sales management, revenue optimization, and performance analysis
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and Point of Sale (POS) software
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and analyze financial reports
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by outlet operations
  • Food & Beverage certification or relevant industry certifications (advantageous)
  • Familiarity with the Cairo retail market and local business practices (a plus)
