Looking for an adventure as a Night Porter (officially Guest Services Manager - Nights) at the ibis Styles hotel in Crewe?

Here's what's waiting for you:

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, and we're offering a salary of £26517 per year plus benefits (equivalent to £12.70 per hour).

Your playground? Night shifts!

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

Picture this: you'll be the friendly face welcoming our late-night guests, handling those last-minute reservations, and ensuring those early birds leave with a smile. Throughout the night, it's all about making sure every guest is comfy, the hotel is secure and our Front Office keeps ticking like clockwork.

You'll likely be the first person our guests meet, so bring your A-game—friendly, professional, and confident! Got an issue or a concern? You're the superhero they'll turn to, and you've got the power to make things right.

Your to-do list?

It's a busy mix - from tending the bar and handling cash to organising reports, preparing breakfast, managing reservations, preparing meeting rooms for the day ahead, doing security checks and being the go-to for our housekeeping and maintenance teams. All while ensuring our guests are happy and enjoying their stay. 

What you bring to the table:

Effective communication skills and a warm, welcoming vibe. Experience in hotels or a service industry is great to have but not essential. As long as you're capable, reliable and keen, we can show you the ropes. As you'll be working the night shift, you will need to be comfortable working independently or with only a small number of colleagues.
