We are seeking a passionate, guest-focused Night Manager, to join the Front Office Leadership team.

Job Location/Region - Auckland New Zealand
This is a Permanent Full-Time role with minimum guaranteed hours of 40 hours per week on a rotating roster, including weekends.

$29 - $30 per hour

As a Night Manager at Movenpick Auckland, you will lead and supervise the Front Office Department's operational functions throughout the night.

  • Lead and supervise night shifts, ensuring safety, security, and a seamless guest experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to enforce procedures, creating a tranquil environment.
  • Conduct nightly audits, meticulously reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage overnight reservations and check-ins, providing efficient and friendly service.
  • Generate reports for management, offering valuable insights. into daily hotel operations

Qualifications

  • Experience in Hotel Front Office 
  • General Managers Certificate
  • LCQ Certificate
  • Experience using Property Management Systems/Applications (such as Opera Cloud etc or similar).
  • Luxury hospitality brand exposure would be preferred
  • An understanding of luxury guest expectations
  • Has the ability to work autonomously
  • Has the ability and willingness to undertake further development with Mövenpick Auckland
