We are seeking a Night Auditor who can effectively undertake the nightly reconciliation of the Hotel’s trading, including the checking and preparation of reports and statistical information in accordance with service standards and auditing procedures during the night shift. Ensure smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's overnight operation, maintaining maximum guest satisfaction and the safety and security of the property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete thorough audits of all daily revenue and postings, making the necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy of reporting.
- Collate paperwork for departures, including credit card and company charges to be forwarded to Accounts department.
- Process all management accounts as required.
- Complete relevant computer tasks in relation to Night Audit functions, including posting room charges and daily room revenue.
- Complete 'back up' procedures to save all data.
- Prepare and distribute relevant reports. Maintain hotel weekly and monthly statistics.
- Ensure the safety and security of the property and the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's overnight operation.
- Assist with any overnight housekeeping or room service requests
- Assist with any guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring a prompt and satisfactory resolution
- Handle escalated guest issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Prepare and monitor accounts ensures correct account procedures are followed.
- Manage VIP 5* guest experiences, ensuring personalized service and attention to detail.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards.
This role is Part-time permanent, with 8 hours a week guaranteed.
An immediate start is available.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the Luxury 5* hospitality industry, preferably in guest relations and front office operations.
- Strong leadership and team management capability
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure.
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) and MS Office preferred
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- DM Licence would be advantage
