What you will be doing:

• Assisting the Night Manager to check and prepare reports & statistical information in accordance with service standards and auditing procedures
• Balance Food & Beverage point of sale transactions and credit card transactions to journal reports
• Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
• Assist other departments with overnight duties as required to ensure a positive guest experience

What you will bring to the role:

• Previous Night Audit / Front Office experience
• Experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite and Opera (or a related PMS system).
• POS experience is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Available to work overnight, with shifts rostered from 11pm to 7am
• Full and unrestricted Australian drivers licence
• Valid and current First Aid and CPR certificate
• South Australian RSA certification
• Full unrestricted Australian work rights
