Job Description
What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Night Manager you will be responsible for assisting to cross check and balance work completed during the day:
- Assist guests with all enquiries made in the overnight shift.
- Check guests in and out accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure all account postings are accurate and necessary paperwork is attached.
- Assist with other closing of accounts and other related tasks for the end of day processes.

What we are looking for:
- Flexible availability work during the night with a positive, friendly and can-do attitude.
- You will possess a keen eye for detail and natural love for processes and numbers.
- Previous experience working with OPERA cloud, or other PMS systems.
- You will pride yourself on your excellent verbal and written communication skills
