Job Description
As our next Night Auditor, you…
Are the ‘face of Novotel London Paddington’, extending a warm welcome to our guests during the night, putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay.
Assist the Night Manager and the Assistant Night Manager in the general running of the hotel at night and support other departments to set up for the next day.
Are an autonomous and passionate individual, dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services.
Undertake night audits and hotel safety checks to make sure everyone in our hotel is safe and looked after.
You should be confident in all aspects of guest relations, receiving and recognising all guests including those who require special attention.
Additional Information
To help you navigate your role, and support your success you will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people.
By joining us as a Receptionist, you will become part of a friendly team of 55 talents.
Our hotel offers 206 rooms, 8 conference rooms and a leisure centre, with gym, sauna, steam room and pool.
Understanding things from our guest’s perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.
