Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Multi Technician to join our team at ibis Hyderabad Hitech City, India. In this role, you will perform a diverse range of technical duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain our organization's facilities and equipment. Your expertise will ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment while delivering exceptional support to our stakeholders.   • Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems using industry-standard tools and techniques
  • Repair and maintain equipment such as motors, heaters, controls, and other building systems while adhering to safety standards
  • Conduct regular safety inspections across all areas of the property and take immediate corrective action to address potential hazards
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of electrical systems, including circuits, load capacities, and safety limits, ensuring compliance with established standards
  • Test electrical equipment and systems for safety and efficiency, documenting findings and recommendations
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of fire alarm systems and emergency protocols, ensuring all systems function properly
  • Assist stakeholders with inquiries regarding facility operations in a helpful, informative, and professional manner
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance for organizational tracking and analysis
  • Collaborate with team members and management to prioritize maintenance tasks and meet operational goals
  • Stay current with industry best practices and safety regulations to enhance organizational performance

Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years of prior experience in multi-technical maintenance, building maintenance, or a related field
  • Diploma or ITI certification in a relevant technical discipline (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or HVAC)
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and analyze equipment problems efficiently and effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
  • Proficiency in time management and the ability to organize multiple tasks and priorities
  • Physical capability to perform hands-on maintenance work, including lifting, climbing, and working in various environments
  • Knowledge of safety protocols, fire alarm systems, and compliance standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating independence and initiative
  • Flexible mindset with resilience to adapt to changing priorities and work conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate maintenance records
  • Valid driver's license (preferred)
