We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Technician to join our team in Coimbatore, India. As a Multi Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our facility's equipment and systems, ensuring a safe and functional environment for our guests and staff.

• Perform diverse duties including installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of property facilities and equipment
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on all property systems and equipment
• Identify and address safety issues promptly, taking immediate corrective action when necessary
• Maintain and repair electrical systems, including circuits, loads, and controls
• Test and evaluate electrical equipment such as motors, heaters, and controls for safety and efficiency
• Monitor and maintain fire alarm systems according to established standards
• Assist guests with inquiries about property facilities in a helpful and informative manner
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of maintenance tasks
• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in detail
• Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies in facility maintenance

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar multi-technician or maintenance role
• Diploma or ITI in a relevant technical field
• Strong operational and technical knowledge of building systems and equipment
• Proficiency in electrical systems maintenance and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with fire alarm systems and safety protocols
• Experience using standard test equipment for diagnostics and repairs
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Physical capability to perform various maintenance tasks
• Ability to work flexibly, including potential evening or weekend shifts
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
• Valid driver's license (may be required for on-site visits)
• Relevant building maintenance experience is a plus
