Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
•Lead the successful delivery of meetings, conferences, banquets and events.
•Lead and inspire the banquet team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
•Ensure all events are executed smoothly, professionally and in line with Pullman brand standards.
•Work closely with Sales, Events, F&B and other departments to ensure seamless execution.
•Ensure high standards of service, quality, safety and operational excellence.
Qualifications
•Minimum 3 years’ management experience in Meetings & Events, Banquets or F&B, preferably in a premium hospitality environment.
•Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
•Genuine passion for hospitality and guest engagement.
•Hands-on mindset with a focus on service excellence and attention to detail.
•Ability to manage multiple events and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
Additional Information
• Ensures that all events run smoothly in accordance with the specifications validated by the Sales Manager, the Food & Beverage Manager and the customer
• Keeps all banquet area, banquet store and meeting rooms in good condition and well organized
• Applies the brand's quality standards (SOP)
• Leads and supervises the banquet team
• Required to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, holidays and weekends. Regular off days can be moved if necessary
