The hotel is located in Deira in the heart of Dubai and within easy reach of major tourist landmarks, leisure destinations and city services. It is linked to the Al Ghurair Shopping Centre, only 3 stops away on the Dubai Metro from the Dubai World Trade Centre and a 10-minute drive from Dubai International Airport.


Job Description

As Marketing & PR Executive you will be responsible to enhance and safeguard the hotel’s public image, this role focuses on strategic public relations and effective communication, while also supporting the Marketing team through content development, brand compliance, and coordination of essential marketing activities.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to strengthen the hotel’s reputation and media visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, media partners, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Draft press releases, media alerts, speeches, talking points, and official communication materials.
  • Coordinate media visits, interviews, and FAM trips, preparing media kits and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Identify and pitch relevant PR stories, monitor daily media coverage, analyse sentiment, and prepare regular PR performance reports.
  • Create storytelling-driven content for newsletters, blogs, PR features, internal communications, and marketing collateral.
  • Liaise with creative agencies, designers, and suppliers to develop PR and marketing materials that meet brand standards.
  • Manage hotel website content, online brand compliance, e-marketing databases, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Support basic social media posting, influencer collaborations, and digital monitoring aligned with PR objectives.
  • Use digital tools and guest insights (surveys, reviews, feedback) to track performance and develop impactful PR angles.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the hotel industry, preferably within a 5-star property.
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with stakeholders, colleagues, guests, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in a variety of computer software and digital tools.
  • Highly creative, with proven experience in identifying target audiences and designing digital and PR campaigns that engage, inform, and inspire action.
  • Strong understanding of website performance metrics and marketing analytics tools.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening abilities.
