Your purpose will be:

Drive marketing activity for Fairmont Cheshire, The Mere. Strengthening the brand and driving revenue across all resort areas while ensuring customer insight shapes a cohesive marketing strategy. The role reports into the Marketing & Communications Manager and works closely with the wider commercial team to deliver an effective, brand‑led marketing plan.


Job Description

  • Support the delivery of creative, brand‑led marketing campaigns across all areas of the resort.
  • Manage day‑to‑day social media activity and contribute fresh, engaging content ideas.
  • Assist with website updates, email marketing and digital content creation.
  • Work closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager to execute the annual marketing plan.
  • Help produce on‑brand marketing collateral and maintain the resort’s image library.
  • Coordinate photography, videography and media visits.
  • Support PR activity, including press releases, coverage tracking and influencer hosting.
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of events, activations and wedding fairs.
  • Maintain CRM databases and assist with reporting and campaign analysis.
  • Play a key role in upholding brand standards and ensuring consistent communication across the resort.

Please note that we believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues


Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent commercial experience
  • 2 years’ experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role in hospitality or related industries
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills in written and spoken English
  • Ability to engage effectively with luxury clientele and senior stakeholders
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused with a collaborative approach
  • Upholds brand standards for professional conduct and presentation
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
