Set to open its doors in Spring 2027, The Cape Beach & Racket Club will redefine the private members club experience on Key Biscayne, Miami — a barrier island of rare beauty, just ten minutes from the city yet entirely apart from it. Paris Society is currently undertaking the development of this extraordinary destination—a stand-alone private members club offering an unparalleled collection of experiences across dining, sports, wellness, and social life. Members will have access to the club's signature restaurant brands: a French coastal restaurant and a contemporary Japanese dining destination; Pool & Beach; a nine-court Racket Club; a Fitness & Wellness Centre; Kids Club and cafes. As we build the team that will bring this vision to life, we are seeking exceptional hospitality professionals who share our commitment to excellence, discretion, and the art of genuine hospitality.

We are seeking a visionary Managing Director to lead the pre-opening and launch of our newest private members club in Key Biscayne.

As the senior leader of the property, the Managing Director will be responsible for bringing to life one of South Florida's most anticipated luxury lifestyle destinations. From pre-opening through long-term operations, this role will oversee all aspects of the member experience, commercial performance, team leadership, and strategic direction of the Club.

The Club will offer a distinctive lifestyle experience featuring multiple food and beverage concepts, beach and aquatic experiences, racquet sports, wellness and fitness facilities, family programming, private events, and a vibrant membership community designed for discerning residents and visitors alike.

What you'll do...

• Lead all pre-opening activities, including operational planning, recruitment, training, and launch readiness.
• Establish and inspire a high-performing culture rooted in hospitality, service excellence, and member engagement.
• Provide strategic leadership across all areas of the business, including food & beverage, membership, wellness, recreation, events, and guest services.
• Build and develop a talented leadership team capable of delivering exceptional experiences and long-term success.
• Serve as the face of the Club, cultivating strong relationships with members, ownership, community partners, and key stakeholders.
• Drive membership engagement, retention, and community-building initiatives that create a true sense of belonging.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Paris Society and ownership to ensure the Club achieves its strategic vision and commercial objectives.
• Champion innovation, creativity, and elevated service standards across every touchpoint of the member journey.

What we're looking for...

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within luxury hospitality, private clubs, resorts, lifestyle destinations, or related environments.
• Previous experience as a General Manager, Managing Director, Club Manager, or comparable executive leadership role.
• Proven pre-opening leadership experience within a luxury hospitality, resort, or membership-driven business.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including full P&L responsibility and budget ownership.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-outlet hospitality operations.
• Experience building and developing large, high-performing teams in dynamic service environments.
• Exceptional leadership presence, communication skills, and stakeholder management abilities.
• A passion for hospitality, community-building, and creating memorable experiences.
• Experience within luxury private clubs or membership-based hospitality organizations is highly desirable.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
