Here is where your greatest challenge awaits you:
Within the Global Revenue Strategy team, the Manager of Rate Integrity & Compliance will contribute to All.accor.com strength by chasing parity issues, and also to hotels & Accor RGI . He/She will establish a process in coordination with MEAPAC and La Maison for Parity issues.
He/She will have a commercial role in support of Account Managers to enforce parity clause with clients. Thus overall contributing to our Distribution strategy
Your mission:
DISTRIBUTION INTEGRITY MANAGEMENT (PROJECT & RUN):
- Coordinate with Hubs & Maisons to establish a common Compliance Process
- Coordinate with RM Central Team clean up process and monitor its execution.
- Establish a Parity issue process, based on what has been done so far, and allowing for better and faster action upon noticing a qualified parity issue
- Act as commercial lead, in coordination with Account Manager, for Compliance and Parity issue, enforce contractual Parity Clause
- Be the last point of escalation after loading and technical issues have been resolved and exonerated.
- Propose and implement if applicable an easy to execute penalty system for partners in breach of parity.
- Responsible for the Run of the Compliance process
- Provide training and educational content for Hotels (Franchised and Managed) on the impact of disparity
STRATEGY:
- Contribute to the overhaul of our distribution strategy with the Distribution Integrity point of view
- Be the point of contact for parity topics with all segments

Deep expertise is systems (GDS,, Switches, distribution tools)
Team building/motivation and change management capabilities
Experience in multiple markets and segments, with a proven track record of driving results and achieving projects in a complex, cross-functional matrix organisation
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
Proven ability to lead in high-pressure, multi-cultural environments
