ABOUT THE ROLE

Leads the execution of digital and e-commerce strategies across the hotel portfolio in South Korea, ensuring alignment with Accor’s regional and global standards.
This role works closely with hotels, Commercial Performance, Revenue Management, and regional stakeholders to drive digital performance, rate integrity, and capability building at property level.
Key focus areas include digital marketing strategy, performance optimization, stakeholder collaboration, and talent development within in-hotel digital teams.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

•3+ years of experience in digital performance, marketing, and e-commerce with a strong data-driven mindset.

•Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a matrix and multicultural environment.

•Strong team leadership and coaching skills with a clear focus on revenue growth and performance optimization.

•Excellent communication and presentation skills in Korean and English, with flexibility for domestic travel.
