Job Description

 

As a Maintenance Team Member, you would be responsible for general hotel maintenance with focus on a room PPM programme, painting, maintaining, repairing and decorating surfaces of the building, furniture, rooms and equipment throughout the facility to the highest standards as well as to:
* Carry out preventive, remedial and corrective maintenance in the hotels by assisting our Maintenance Manager.
* Carry out technical maintenance in case of dysfunction, and carry out monthly checks on the hotel's technical installations.
* You will be responsible for the smooth running of the hotel's technical equipment. You ensure that the brand's standards and procedures are complied with.

 


Qualifications

Qualifications

You need to be able to:

  • Proven maintenance experience.
  • Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
  • Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches
  • Experience performing routine maintenance.
  • Eye for detail.
  • Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
  • Strong time management skills
