Job Description

  • Perform maintenance duties across dual branded properties
  • Ensure property is maintained to brand standard
  • Perform preventative maintenance on the properties
  • Ensure equipment is well maintained and safe to use
  • Ability to work alone 
  • Competent to complete safe working practices 
  • Pro-active approach to tasks and requests with a can do attitude
  • Assist with record keeping and daily checklists of jobs and maitenance of assests
  • Complete jobs within a timely manner liaising with Maintenance Manager

Qualifications

  • Experience in general maintenance work
  • Strong experience in painting and plastering 
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety work practices and regulation
  • Ability to work across 4 x 10 hour days including weekends
