Job Description

As our next Maintenance Team Leader, you will…

  • Have a good understanding of building maintenance.
  • Manage maintenance projects and work in accordance with hotel’s quality requirements.
  • Work alongside the General Manager you ensure all basic upkeep and repair tasks are carried out.
  • Be responsible for preventative maintenance work and carry out regular safety and maintenance inspections across the hotel to create a pleasant and safe environment for all colleagues, guests and visitors.
  • Manage and supervise team members in their day-to-day tasks, providing instructions and support, if needed.
  • Supervise contractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements.
