Key Responsibilities

  • Support emergency maintenance requirements and critical building incidents when required
  • Work collaboratively with Front Office, Housekeeping and other departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

We're less concerned about where you've worked and more interested in your ability to lead a small team, solve problems and take ownership.  To succeed in this role, you'll have:

  • Previous experience in building maintenance, facilities management, hospitality maintenance or a similar environment
  • Experience leading or supervising a small team
  • Strong practical maintenance and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and work independently
  • A proactive approach and the confidence to make decisions without constant supervision
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
  • Computer literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office, HUB OS & Opera Cloud preferred
  • Flexibility to provide weekend coverage and occasional after-hours support when required
