Job Description

What will you be doing:

In this role you will help to maintain the building, plant, equipment, fixtures and fittings, using safe working practices, protecting the asset and ensuring it remains a functional, pleasant and safe environment for all customers both internal / external.


Qualifications

Your Skills and experience include:

  • Previous experience working on the maintenance of hotels, fixed plant and equipment systems.
  • Relevant license certification 
  • Trade qualification within the construction industry preferable.
  • Knowledge of preventive, predictive and reactive maintenance strategies.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Used to working as part of a small team.
  • Self-motivated person who takes a proactive approach to work and is punctual and reliable.
  • Ability to accommodate flexibility with shifts.
