🌍 Join Accor – a professional journey at the heart of a committed, international and transforming group
Accor, a global leader in hospitality, present in more than 110 countries with 5,500 hotels, welcomes you to its offices located in Issy-les-Moulineaux.
This is where the Group’s global expertise comes together: strategy, finance, human resources, legal, technology, marketing, sustainability, communication, audit, procurement, etc.
Joining Accor means actively contributing to defining, structuring, and supporting the transformation of an international group, in direct connection with operational teams around the world.
This is where your greatest challenge awaits:
- You'll join the Legal Operations team within the Corporate Legal and Compliance Department (around 25 lawyers), based at Accor's headquarters in Issy-les-Moulineaux.
- This team drives the performance and digital transformation of the legal and compliance function: Legal AI platforms, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, internal knowledge bases and other digital tools.
- You'll operate in an international, multicultural environment, working closely with legal teams across jurisdictions, with strong requirements on IT security and data confidentiality.
Your mission:
- Be the digital backbone of the Legal Operations team: ensure Legal Ops processes and technology are effectively deployed, adopted and maintained Group-wide.
- Proactively contribute to shaping the Legal Operations strategy: help define processes and policies, and support the selection, administration and deployment of tools to increase efficiency.
- Lead the deployment, configuration and ongoing administration of legal tech tools, including Legal AI platforms (such as Legora), CLM systems (e.g. Agiloft) and knowledge base solutions.
- Support the selection of new tools: prepare requirements, coordinate vendor assessments, and liaise with IT and Procurement to ensure smooth integration with the department's workflows and enterprise systems.
- Monitor tool performance, manage user access rights, and coordinate upgrades and maintenance with vendors and IT.
- Design and deliver change management initiatives and training programmes to drive adoption across the legal community, acting as the primary point of contact for end-users.
- Manage projects end-to-end, from scoping to delivery, ensuring stakeholder alignment and clear reporting.
- Ensure digital tools and processes comply with data protection, IT security and confidentiality requirements, working closely with IT and cybersecurity teams — including on AI-related risks.
- Contribute to building knowledge bases, templates and best practice repositories, and produce regular reporting on tool usage, adoption and performance KPIs.
And you?
- You have 2 to 5 years of experience in legal operations, legal project management, IT project management, or a comparable role; exposure to legal department environments (in-house or legal tech provider) is a plus.
- You've worked with, implemented or administered digital tools such as CLMs, DMS, or AI-based legal platforms.
- You have demonstrated experience working in an international and multicultural environment.
- You're rigorous, methodical, and have a strong sense of confidentiality, with the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
- You have strong project management skills: the ability to plan, prioritize and deliver on time.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- You're tech-savvy and genuinely curious about legal technology trends and emerging tools.
- You're autonomous, proactive and solutions-oriented.
- General knowledge of IT fundamentals and legal digital tools (Agiloft or other CLM, AI-based legal platforms, Power Automate, SharePoint, BI tools, AI prompt engineering) is a plus, as is GDPR awareness.
- A PMP, PRINCE2 or other project management certification is a plus.
- Fluent written and spoken English (main working language); French is a plus.
