We are looking for a passionate and strategic Learning & Development Manager to lead talent development initiatives, uphold Sofitel brand standards, and cultivate a strong learning culture across the resort.
What You’ll Do
Develop and implement the annual Learning & Development strategy aligned with Sofitel standards and business objectives.
Lead training needs analysis and deliver programs that enhance guest service, luxury standards, and compliance.
Facilitate key training programs including Heartist® culture, Sofitel Service Excellence, Luxury Mindset, and brand immersion.
Manage and optimize the Accor Academy Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure effective delivery and record-keeping.
Partner with department heads to build team capabilities, succession pipelines, and leadership development programs.
Measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement in employee engagement, guest satisfaction, and service quality.
Represent the resort as a brand culture ambassador, ensuring every learning initiative reflects Sofitel values.
Minimum 6 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role in luxury hospitality.
Strong knowledge of Sofitel or other international luxury hotel brand standards.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
Hands-on leader who inspires, engages, and develops multicultural teams.
Experience with LMS platforms (Accor Academy and INES preferred) and digital learning solutions.
