Job Description

Role:

  • Responsible for implementing and leading learning initiatives within the hotel to establish a culture of continuous learning, development, and improvement.
  • Develop and update technical training manuals and tools required by domain.
  • Train departmental trainers.
  • Ensure that departmental training schedules are established each month in advance.
  • Coordinate training activities with the General Manager and Department Heads.
  • Oversee the induction process and programs.
  • Ensure the completion of all training sessions.
  • Identify strategic partners for the development and delivery of training, as needed.
  • Promote online learning within the hotel.
  • Track participants attending external courses and training.
  • Implement skill development, mentoring, and coaching programs to enhance employee competencies.
  • Lead talent management programs and identify high-potential employees to support their career progression within the company.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in a similar position in training management and skills development.
  • Proficiency in office tools and training management software.
  • English required

Additional Information

  • Ability to conduct training sessions and engage teams.
  • Ability to manage training projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent organizational skills and priority management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
