We are seeking a reliable, motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Steward to join our back-of-house team. As a key part of our kitchen operations, you’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, supporting chefs with kitchen logistics, and ensuring our high hygiene standards are upheld at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas including dishes, floors, equipment, and work surfaces

• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently

• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries

• Ensure rubbish and recycling are disposed of properly and regularly

• Support kitchen team with basic prep tasks as required

• Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and OH&S standards at all times

• A strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness

• Team player who takes initiative

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential – we will provide full training
