Kids Club Attendant (Russian-Speaking)

The Kids Club Attendant is responsible for delivering a safe, engaging, and memorable experience to our young guests ensuring their safety and enjoyment throughout their stay. This role ensures that all children enjoy a variety of fun, educational, and interactive activities while upholding the high standards of luxury standards and service excellence.

What you will be doing:

• Welcome children and families with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.
• Actively participate in the Kids Club program.
• Ensure that all activities are performed according to resort’s program and policies.
• Ensure the area is clean and well maintained.
• Ensure the children’s safety during games and fun activities at all times.
• Organize and conduct daily recreational activities such as arts & crafts, storytelling, themed games, and educational play.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times through constant supervision and adherence to health & safety protocols.
• Monitor children’s behavior and activities, responding promptly and appropriately to any concerns or incidents.
• Report any issues and any injury or accident to the Kids Club Supervisor immediately.

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand. Maldives’ work experience is preferred.
• Proficient in English and Russian (written and verbal).
• Creative, patient and experienced taking care of children.
• Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
• Outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, flexible working hours, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
