Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, energetic and responsible Kids Club Attendant to join our team and create a safe, fun and welcoming environment for our youngest guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome children and families warmly and provide attentive service.
- Supervise children and ensure their safety and wellbeing at all times.
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate games, arts and crafts, and recreational activities.
- Keep the Kids Club clean, organized and safe.
- Communicate professionally with parents and respond to their needs.
- Follow all hotel safety, hygiene and child protection standards.
- Support children's activities and special events at the resort.
- Create enjoyable and memorable experiences for our young guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a hotel, resort, nursery, school, childcare or recreational environment.
- Friendly, patient and caring personality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, energetic and comfortable engaging with children.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- First Aid/CPR certification is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills. Additional languages are an advantage.
