We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Kids Club Attendant to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. As a Kids Club Attendant, you will play a crucial role in creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children while their parents enjoy our facilities. This position requires a passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic setting.

• Plan and implement daily activities and programs for children of various age groups
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the Kids Club
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in the Kids Club facilities
• Interact with children in a positive, age-appropriate manner, fostering creativity and respect
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring proper documentation and security measures
• Organize and sanitize toys, materials, and equipment regularly
• Collaborate with team members to create engaging and educational experiences for children
• Respond promptly and appropriately to any accidents, injuries, or emergencies
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their children's experiences
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health guidelines

• Previous experience working with children in a leisure or hospitality setting is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with children and adults
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication purposes
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
• First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Demonstrated creativity and enthusiasm in planning and leading children's activities
• Patient, empathetic, and adaptable personality
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
