There is a nautical theme at both of the 25hours Hotels in HafenCity: Stories of sea voyages and distant ports, wanderlust and homesickness will become part of your normal working day here. In Hamburg’s newest, stylish district, we can offer you a job with guaranteed fun and a great deal of variety. As the two hotels are only a short walk apart, we work closely together in both hotels. That’s because the restaurant concept, devised by Haya Molcho and her sons, entirely revolves around sharing and enjoying meals together with passion and Balagan, meaning sympathetic chaos. Now with nine locations, we conjure up delicious dishes on plates and smiles on the faces of our guests. We are hosts with heart, soul and understanding.
