Job Description

You are the focal point of an exceptional guest experience. As a Host, you will make our guests Feel Welcome from the moment they arrive until they depart.

About the role

• Provides thoughtful, smart, caring and sincere service from arrivals until departures.
• Ensures personalized service is provided, by identifying guest needs, preferences and other necessary information.
• Collaborates with other departments to fulfill guest needs and requests.
• Knowledgeable of Resort facilities, services, activities and F&B menus.
• Updates in the system on guest preference, feedback, likes and dislikes.

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand.
• Maldives’ work experience is preferred.
• Proficient in English and Russian (written and verbal).
• Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
• Outgoing and creative, excellent communication and upselling skills, flexible working hours, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
