Astore est une centrale de référencement couvrant 100% des besoins de l'hôtellerie restauration. Son organisation internationale et son écosystème d'outils digitaux innovants ont pour objectif de simplifier l'ensemble des opérations d’achats des hôtels, Accor ou non Accor.
Avec déjà plus de 5500 clients dans le monde et la confiance d’environ 1000 clients externes au groupe Accor, notre ambition est de devenir la centrale d’achats de référence de tous les établissements d’hôtellerie restauration.
Nous avons 30 bureaux et plus de 270 experts dans le monde.
Pleinement intégré(e) à la Direction Générale des Achats Directs Internationaux, le stagiaire sera amené(e) à gérer différentes missions transverses :
• Aide aux catégories managers (Operating Supplies and Equipment : amenities (produits cosmétiques), accessoires, parfums d’ambiance, linge, couette, oreiller… et Food and Beverage) dans la gestion de leurs missions au quotidien (participation aux appels d’offres et projets transverses, suivi contractuel, analyse de la dépense et plans d’actions associés, suivi des fournisseurs, participation aux Business Review)
• Animer les stratégies d’achats, suivi permanent des fournisseurs, communication régulière auprès des Directions Achats pays.
• Construction et animation des actions de communication pour la Direction Générale des Achats Directs en Operating supplies and Equipement (OS&E) en en Food en Beverage (F&B).
Ces missions permettront au stagiaire de travailler dans un environnement complexe et de développer des compétences sur l’organisation en mode projet. (Compréhension des enjeux business, communication, gestion de projet, leadership transversal).
- Etudiant(e) en école de commerce, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre leadership et votre aisance relationnelle. Vous nouez des contacts facilement, vos qualités commerciales et votre attitude « service provider » sont reconnues.
- Vous êtes autonome, force de proposition, polyvalent(e), pourvu(e) d’une forte capacité d’adaptation qui vous permettra de mener à bien votre mission d’accompagnement à la transformation de la Direction Achats.
- Vous disposez d’une grande aisance rédactionnelle et d’une parfaite maîtrise des outils qui vous permettront de réaliser des supports de communication.
- Anglais courant indispensable.
- Maîtrise poussée de Microsoft Office (en particulier Powerpoint et Excel).
- Stage de 6 mois à partir de Q1 2025
