Job Description
As an Intern - Guest Service Agent you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer focused service. Your objective is to deliver a positive and memorable experiences to all our guests. You should display an approachable and professional demeanour, with a blend of excellent communication to all guest interaction.
Qualifications
- Willing to gain experience in the Front Office Department.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Computer literate and a quick learner.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
