Service Staff / Waiter

Job Description

• Greeting guests in accordance with Accor standards,

• Taking guest orders and delivering service,

• Addressing guest requests and complaints with a customer satisfaction-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Holds a hygiene certificate (preferably),

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position,

• Able to communicate in professional English,

• Aims to consistently improve service quality,

• Embraces a friendly and welcoming service approach,

• Strong communication skills,

• Pays attention to hygiene and personal grooming,

• Enjoys working as part of a team,

• Able to manage product stock control,

• Available to work in shifts,

• Completed military service (for male candidates).
