• Operate and monitor HVAC equipment, including boilers, chillers, air handlers, and cooling towers.
• Conduct regular inspections and performance checks to ensure systems are running efficiently and effectively.
• Adjust system controls and parameters based on environmental conditions and guest needs.

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or maintenance when necessary.

• Maintain accurate records of system performance, maintenance activities, and any incidents or repairs.
• Prepare reports on system performance, energy consumption, and maintenance activities for management review.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to HVAC systems and environmental controls.

• Respond promptly to guest complaints or issues related to HVAC comfort and take appropriate actions to resolve them.
• Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure HVAC systems meet the needs of all areas of the hotel.

• Implement energy-saving practices and monitor energy consumption to reduce operational costs.
• Suggest and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency and sustainability.
