What You Will Be Doing
- Leading and supervising the daily operations of the Housekeeping team, ensuring all service standards are met with warmth and professionalism
- Cleaning and inspecting residences to uphold the highest levels of cleanliness and presentation
- Responding swiftly and effectively to guest concerns, recording details and communicating with the appropriate teams to ensure memorable stays
- Communicating daily priorities and updates to colleagues to support personalized, attentive service
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Your Experience and Skills Include
- Highly Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish
- A genuine, service‑focused personality
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision
- Excellent time‑management and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities, with the ability to lead by example
- Ability to have direct, honest, and constructive coaching conversations with employees
Physical & Mental Requirements
- Ability to stay focused on tasks and follow direction
- Ability to bend, twist, and lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to push and pull carts or equipment
- Ability to safely use a step ladder or stairs
- Ability to work safely with cleaning chemicals and required PPE
