We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Sofitel London St James. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the impeccable standards of cleanliness and service that our guests expect. You will have the opportunity to uphold the essence of French elegance while ensuring our guests enjoy a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train the housekeeping team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor the daily cleaning schedules to ensure all guest rooms and public areas are well-maintained.
• Oversee inventory and stock control for housekeeping supplies, ensuring they meet our quality and sustainability standards.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to meet guest needs and resolve any housekeeping-related issues promptly.
• Uphold the French elegance and luxury standards of Sofitel, ensuring a superior guest experience.

• Previous experience in a housekeeping role in a luxury hotel or similar establishment.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Flexibility to work evening shifts from 2:30PM to 11PM.
• Computer literacy is mandatory (E-mail, Microsoft Office, etc).
• Knowledge of Opera and HotSOS is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
