Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, we are seeking two Housekeeping Supervisors to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of this busy department whilst maintaining the highest level of cleaning standards. You will:

• Inspire your team with a guest-centric approach to your work.
• Be focused on brand standards, details and cleanliness.
• Train, coach and guide a team of enthusiastic industry potentials.
• Be hands on, leading and supporting the team through your actions.

• Experience in a supervisory role within a hotel and collaborating with business stakeholders
• Have the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and align activities to meet organizational goals
• Strong presentation skills and organizational skills
• High degree of self-awareness with demonstrated aptitude for self-improvement

The Novotel Rotorua Lakeside and Ibis Rotorua Lakeside is a dual branded complex hotel with 344 rooms located in central Rotorua.

Our  two hotels include,  Atlas Café & Restaurant, Clarkes Bar and Ibis restaurant. 10 conference / banquet rooms and our own InBalance Fitness Centre.
