Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and performance driven Housekeeping Supervisor with an eye for detail and a strong sense of leadership to join our team. Focusing on leading the Housekeeping team to achieve the hotels standards of cleanliness, you will be overseeing the operations of the team and checking clean rooms to ensure guest satisfaction. Willing to lead by example and provided feedback for team members to ensure standards remain at the highest level.
Your tasks will include
- Overseeing the cleaning of guest rooms and public areas ensuring through inspections that the hotel standards of cleanliness and guest comfort are maintained.
- Planning organising and keeping accurate record of all additional cleaning to be carried out
- Ensure that cleaning productivity is monitored closely and maintained at high level
- Liase with Front Office and Maintenance regarding rooms ensuring guest requirements are met.
Qualifications
You will have
- A guest focused energy and be willingness to go above and beyond to ensure our guests have the best experience possible
- Excellent communication skills and great team work skills
- A strong eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating the team, leading by example.
- A focus on teamwork and building a strong team, in all aspects of housekeeping including public areas and laundry.
Previous experience as a Housekeeping Team Leader or Supervisor advantageous.
Additional Information
Ideally, we would like the successful applicant to begin as soon as possible and be willing to commit to at least 6 months.
