As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead by example — hands-on, attentive, and inspiring. Your focus will be on maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness and luxury, while also shaping a supportive and motivated team culture. This role blends detail-oriented operational excellence with warm, genuine hospitality.
What You’ll Do
Supervise, train, and mentor Room Attendants and Team Leaders
Conduct room inspections, ensuring standards of five-star boutique luxury
Support onboarding, ongoing training, and professional development for your team
Communicate seamlessly with Front Office, Maintenance, and wider hotel teams
Manage daily operations, rosters, productivity, and guest requests with efficiency
Uphold health, safety, and environmental procedures with diligence
Step in to support your team with cleaning duties when needed
Minimum 3 years’ housekeeping experience, ideally in a luxury hotel
A sharp eye for detail and a passion for delivering flawless standards
Friendly, approachable, and able to motivate and connect with your team
Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
A team player who thrives in a hands-on, physically active role
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
