Housekeeping Supervisor - Aliée Istanbul

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and service-driven professional to join our Housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Supervisor. In this role, you will supervise the daily housekeeping operations, ensure guest rooms and public areas consistently meet the highest cleanliness and presentation standards, support and coach the housekeeping team, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining the luxury standards of Aliée Istanbul.

• Supervise the daily operations of the housekeeping team.
• Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Inspect rooms and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members while maintaining brand standards.
• Monitor inventory and housekeeping supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene procedures.

• Previous experience in Housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Experience in a supervisory role is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English is preferred.
