We are looking for a Housekeeping Executive - Laundry to join our dynamic team for The Hoxton Bengaluru City.
The Hoxton is opening its very first neighbourhood hotel in Asia, coming to India’s Bengaluru city centre in 2026. This is a major milestone for the brand as it ventures into a new continent entirely and we are now looking for a brilliant leadership team to help bring this lifestyle brand to the market.
Located in the heart of the city centre, The Hoxton, Bengaluru City will bring its undeniable brand DNA and guest experience to India’s “Silicon Valley”, a high-tech city filled with parks and gardens and known for its vibrant cafe and pub culture - very apt for a brand that was founded in London!
The hotel will feature 149 bedrooms in a variety of The Hoxton’s well-loved room categories and the lobby will have a vibrant all-day dining restaurant & bar. Topping off the hotel we will have a rooftop pool and bar, large scale function rooms and The Apartment - The Hoxton’s unique meeting & events concept

Job Description
What you’ll do…
- Support the day-to-day operation of the Laundry department, ensuring all guest laundry, hotel linen and uniforms are processed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
- Supervise the laundry team during your shift, ensuring productivity, quality and service standards are consistently achieved.
- Ensure all laundry equipment is operated safely and efficiently, reporting any maintenance requirements promptly.
- Monitor the quality of washed, dried, pressed and finished linen, uniforms and guest garments, ensuring they meet The Hoxton's standards.
- Manage linen and uniform inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimising losses through effective control procedures.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office and Food & Beverage teams to ensure timely delivery and collection of linen and uniforms.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and organisation within the laundry and uniform room.
- Monitor laundry chemicals, consumables and operating supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained and wastage is controlled.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures, chemical handling guidelines and hotel policies at all times.
- Support the training and development of the laundry team while fostering a positive, collaborative and service-focused working environment.

- Previous experience in a hotel laundry operation or as a Laundry Executive, Laundry Supervisor or similar role.
- Good knowledge of commercial laundry equipment, fabric care, stain removal techniques and linen management.
- Strong understanding of laundry chemicals, hygiene standards and safe handling procedures.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work in a fast-paced environment.
